In case you are unable to transfer funds via UPI, it could be due to one or more reasons below:
1. Payment time out - The payment session expired before the transaction was completed. This can occur due to delays or inactivity. Please try again.
2. Third Party Validation (TPV) failure - The funds were transferred from a non-linked bank account. Please ensure the funds are transferred only from a bank account which is linked to your Sahi trading account.
3. Insufficient funds in your bank account - Your bank account does not have sufficient balance to complete the transaction. Check your bank account balance and try again.
4. Incorrect UPI PIN entered - The UPI PIN entered was incorrect. Please ensure you enter the correct PIN and try again.
5. Transaction canceled by you- You canceled the transaction before it was completed. If this was unintentional, you can restart the process.
6. Daily transaction limit exceeded - The transaction amount exceeded the limit set by your bank. Check your bank’s transaction limit or contact them for assistance.
7. UPI PIN attempts exceeded - The number of consecutive wrong attempts for UPI PIN exceeds the limit set by your bank. Please wait or reset your UPI PIN to proceed.
8. Transaction frequency limit exceeded - The number of allowed transactions by your bank within a certain period has been exceeded. Please wait and try again later.
9. Bank account blocked - Your bank account is blocked or restricted, which is preventing the transaction. Contact your bank for assistance.
10. Bank failures - If your money has been debited due to a failed transaction, it will be refunded to your account within 24-48 hours. If the refund is delayed beyond this period, please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance.
